      A comment made in the last few weeks in a post is that every operator should have a copy of ARRL’s FCC Rule Book. My research has turned up the following. 1. FCC Rules & Regulations 2nd Edition, No page count $ 2. FCC Rule Book 13th Edition, 3rd printing + pages $+ Item 1 is the only one available directly from ARRL.   Here in the United States, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is responsible for the regulation of all RF devices.     The Amateur Radio Service is just one of many services administered by the FCC's Wireless Telecommications Bureau.. In fact, under federal law, the FCC is responsible for regulation of almost all non-military radio communications in the United States. These laws also give the FCC - and only the FCC - exclusive jurisdiction over matters involving radio interference. During the seminar, we discussed the FCC rules that govern fundraising done on such stations.
